Amy Kus

Amy (she/her) is from the suburbs of Chicago but claims Fort Collins as the place that grew her as she celebrates 13 years in Colorado this year! After tearing her ACL during her time as a track athlete, she fell in love with indoor cycling once she discovered it combined her two passions: movement & music. A dedicated live music enthusiast, who loves both Pretty Lights & Billy Strings, be prepared to hear anything in Amy’s classes, from deep dark dungeon beats and floaty bluegrass to OG singalongs & 2000’s rap. In her free time, you’ll also catch Amy exploring w/her dog Earl, off-roading in her Runner, or attempting homestead hobbies like baking sourdough & puttering in her garden.
